We include short condition descriptions for each lot in the lot information.Furthermore, any damage will be shown in the lot pictures if possible A more detailed condition report or video can be requested by contacting us here (link to contact form) or by calling us on 0043 670 606 50 84. Please be aware we are located in Austria (Central European Time CET)

Online catalogs are available about three weeks before the auction. Each lot has multiple images posted with the description so that you can get an impression of its quality and condition. Any relevant flaws or damages are also noted in the lot description along with measurements. .

We do not print catalogues any longer.

Videos or additional pictures can be requested here. Some lots have videos that can be viewed on our YouTube channel.

Please call us to arrange a viewing in person as some lots are with their current owner.

The starting is set just below the lowest estimate. It does not include buyers’ premium or local taxes.

Currently (2023) our buyer’s premium is 28% and includes tax. This 28% is added to the final, successful bid. If you are a business with a VAT number or your address is outside the E.U, then your invoice will be adjusted by us as you are not taxable.

Some items may have a reserve, a minimum amount agreed upon by the auctioneer and the consignee. A lot with a reserve will have “Reserve” in the description. You may contact us here to find out a reserve on an item.

We do not charge any extra fees for online bidding at our live or timed auctions.

Sellers FAQ

Consignment is easy, use this form or contact us here to arrange an appointment.

We charge 10% on the winning bid for individual items. 5 or more items are free.

Depends on the item. For high end jewelry, watches and art pieces, a professional photographer will be recommended by us. You are free to choose your own or provide high resolution pictures yourself, but we reserve the right to refuse pictures if we deem them misleading, poor quality or unclear.

Yes, we have to see all the lots we are expected to sell. We need to evaluate authenticity, condition and if the lot is compatible with our auction house.

Prices differ from auction house to auction house. We give you the estimate we believe is attainable based on our past sales or interests.

No, we ship or arrange a collection after every sale with the buyer.
